Nails Allure

I have been coming here for a few months now. I am very pleased with the service here! I usually have my nails done by Rachel or Julie. I normally do dip. I’ve never had any problem scheduling an appointment or being seen. There has been times where I run maybe 5 minutes late and I’ve had no problems at all with being seen. Almost 100% of the time I get exactly what I wanted from my nail inspo pic. I’ve also done pedicures here as well. They last and always look great! I’ve never felt rushed when I come and I always leave feeling satisfied! There prices are fair and there is usually little to no wait time with an appointment. I have had my nails with different shapes and designs and each time they SLAY! Definitely recommend them!

AWFUL. This I my first time to nail allure because my friend recommended. I had an appointment with Jenny. As soon as I walked she she stared at me like “ugh “ and said “I don’t want any new customers. I have enough customers, I told myfriend not to send anyone. But she kept sending people. “ jenny asked me to sit at her table and took awhile to come. She seems mad and tired. Even other ladies work there are very unpleasant looking. Jenny cleaned my old manicure very hard like I’ve made out of plastic. She said if I want to cut cuticles it’s additional $10. I needed it so, I said that’s ok. Jenny cut cuticles very had and cut a slice of my thumb finger. It was bleeding and painful. She wiped out the blood and started to cut others without even saying sorry. Even though when she do my pedicure, she did not clean well she charged another additional $5 to cut a broken toe nail. Such a horrible experience. Overall , there price is too higher. I will never go back NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE. HORRIBLE

I moved from Texas about 6 years ago and for the first 6 six months I switched nail salons more than I care to remember until I saw a coworker’s nails and asked her where she had gotten her nails done. I came to Nails Allure and I have never looked back. Julie has always paid attention to what I wanted. Just this past November she went over and above to accommodate my needs when she had a family emergency to attend to. She got my nails done after the shop had closed because she knew the appointment was for my upcoming wedding reception. Not only was she patient with my indecisiveness but she also recommended what I might get done. While she’s been on vacation, I have had others like Hannah, Kelly, Sophia and Andy do my nails and I have never had a complaint. Great customer services all around!!!

Went to this salon for two years although far from my home. Nail techs are hard to find. So you need to think about your pros and cons. My cons… for one, the manager is very rude and will argue with you in front of customers. Told my nail tech. His response was she speaks very little English. She knew enough to be rude in English. You need to be on time or else they give you a hard time but they can make you wait but that’s ok.. you can’t say a word! Now to the nail tech Andy. He is the most self centered man I know! He tells you in the first few visits that you are not important to him, he has many clients and you can leave at anytime! How professional is that! Give him a picture of what design you want, he will do the design HE wants and get angry if you don’t like it. Please don’t go to him. There are others that are humble and have good customer relations! I don’t think I have any good things to say about this salon other then NEVER AGAIN!

I have been coming to this salon for YEARS. The nail techs are good at what they do but if you correct them, expect attitude in return. I stopped seeing a popular male tech there after 3 years because he started giving me attitude when i politely told him to correct small things. Then i started to get my nails done with the manager. Please look at the recent 1 star review of the Mom that came in with her disabled daughter in a wheelchair. I witnessed that whole encounter. After they left, the manager who was doing my nails started venting to me and then venting to her colleagues and had stopped doing my nails in the process. My appointment took longer because of this situation that i had no part of. It was very unprofessional. Fast forward to today, i gave this place another chance and requested the manager again. I showed some options of designs and asked which one she could do. We decided on one and then when she was doing it i noticed it was very crooked and uneven. I asked her to fix it then she told me it was because my nail was crooked. I asked her to atleast try, to which she said now ive made her too nervous to continue the design because im being “ too picky”…. Why agree to a design you cannot do? And why are you making me feel bad about it? I wasnt able to choose a different design because she said she didnt have time so i told her to just remove the designs and i will find another salon that can do it for me. I work in customer service and this is just no way to talk to clients. Very unprofessional. Ive been coming to this salon for atleast 5 years, but now i will not be coming back.
